CrewContrails

A private, family-friendly view of a pilot’s schedule and public flight progress—designed to be shared in one simple step.

The intended experience

Import. Share. Stay connected.

The pilot creates a private family space and imports a schedule. CrewContrails creates a revocable invitation link or QR code. A family member opens it and joins the correct schedule without configuring a server or entering aviation codes.

Private pilot records remain separate. Family views receive only the schedule and public flight context necessary to answer: what is happening now, what comes next, and when should the flight arrive?

Development status: the multi-family privacy and invitation architecture is being completed before public submission. Current capabilities and release timing may change.

Private by household

Each pilot’s schedule, invitations, devices, and notifications must be isolated from every other household.

Easy family join

One invitation should open the app or a useful browser view and connect to the correct pilot.

Public flight context

Tracking may add route, position, status, and arrival context without sharing logbook or crew records.
