CrewCalc helps organize and explain information. It does not replace the pilot’s responsibility to review the schedule, contract, official pay records, approved manuals, or company systems.
When requesting help
- Include the CrewCalc version, device, and operating-system version.
- Describe the workflow and what result you expected.
- Attach the diagnostic bundle when you can: in the app, open Settings → Export Diagnostic Bundle and share the file with your email. It was built for exactly this — it captures what the app sees so support can reproduce the problem without a back-and-forth.
- Remove names, employee identifiers, full schedules, pay documents, and other unnecessary private information.
The diagnostic bundle contains your imported app data. Send it only to CrewCalc support, and only when you are asking for help with a problem.
