CrewCalc
A pilot-built operational companion for understanding schedules, contractual pay, fatigue context, and the details that shape a trip. Complex source material becomes a clearer, reviewable picture—without replacing pilot judgment.
Products & ventures
We build around the workflow—not around a pitch deck. Our first products begin in aviation, with room to go wherever a worthwhile problem leads.
CrewSuite
CrewSuite brings clarity to schedules, pay, logbooks, bidding, and family flight awareness. Each product is focused enough to stand on its own and designed with the realities of pilot work in mind.

A standalone electronic logbook built around portable data, fast review-before-save entry, useful reports, and ownership of a pilot’s career record. Designed for iPhone and Android without requiring another CrewSuite app.
A family-first flight awareness experience. The direction is simple: a pilot shares a private invitation, the family sees the right schedule, and live public flight information adds context without exposing the pilot’s private logbook or operational records.
Better tools for turning bid materials, preferences, and tradeoffs into a more understandable decision process — now being exercised against real bid packages in testing. No release date or capability promise is implied.
Product availability and platform support are labeled individually. Features described as in development are directional and may change before release.
Beyond CrewSuite
The habits that shape CrewSuite — start with the real workflow, keep the person in control of their own records — apply anywhere schedules and communities need clearer tools.
A work-schedule companion for air traffic controllers. Imported pay-period schedules and a facility’s effective-dated shift table resolve into one clear calendar with day-by-day detail — built local-first, working fully offline, with calendar exports and a printable schedule for the fridge.
A companion app carrying the life of Georgetown Christian Church — service times, the sermon archive, events, beliefs, and giving — in a simple, readable app built for the whole congregation.
Product principles
The software should respect the person doing the work, make assumptions visible, and preserve control of important records.
Observe the real sequence, constraints, and decisions before choosing a technical solution.
Important calculations and data movements should be reviewable, understandable, and correctable.
People should understand what is stored, what is shared, and how to export or remove their information.
Future ventures
Aviation provides the first set of hard, meaningful problems. Far Horizon Group is also open to thoughtful products, partnerships, and business systems in other fields where real experience can produce a better tool.
Partnerships & product ideas
We’re interested in practical problems with real users, meaningful constraints, and a clear outcome.
